Approach to counseling:
I use an integrative theoretical method for counseling including relational cultural theory (RCT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), family systems, and internal family systems (IFS). This integrative lens informs my counseling style. I focus on fostering a safe space where you can express your thoughts, fears, pain, hope, and desire for your future. Together we will co-create a plan for therapy that fits your needs, gives you the safety and empowerment you need, and enables you to live the life you want. Whether you need coping techniques, an outside perspective, or someone to help you make sense of the chaos in your life, I am here to listen and to help.
I look forward to supporting you on your journey toward healing and restoration.
